NVITEA members care deeply about equality, social justice, and the health and well-being of all. If any NVITEA employee has experienced an action by management that has violated the rights of an individual, as set out in the collective agreement or law, or by some unfair practice, please bring forth the confidential complaint to the NVITEA Chief Steward, by completing the grievance request form below. The Chief Steward will appoint a Shop Steward to contact you directly to start the grievance process. Examples of grievances include discipline, demotion, classification disputes, denial of benefits, etc.
